These general guidelines apply to all projects, as well as the terms, below. Please take a moment to read each carefully. Every effort will be made to accommodate your marketing needs and to deliver valueable content that will aid in your endeavors. Each order form also has terms and instructions specific to that product/service. For faster delivery, please read those carefully before placing an order.

Projects are accepted according to the definition with each description and according to our general terms. Please read prior to submission. Please submit any questions prior to ordering.
Payment is made ahead of time, but is held until the content is delivered.
All payments are made through PayPal.
Original content fees are based on an approximate rate of $.05 per word.
Editing and Proofreading fees are based on a per-page amount. In the case of web content, a "page" is defined as what is viewed within one screen shot.

Upon initiating an order, you will be asked for specific information related to the project on the order form. Information such as URL, keywords, specific features to emphasize, etc, will be requested then. There is also an area to add your own notes. A contact email address IS required for confirmation and delivery. This will not be used for any other purpose, nor given out. Our client's privacy is very important to us.

Each item includes a detailed description of the information required for that project. Please try to prepare that information prior to placing an order. However, should you have changes to make just after posting, wish to add something you overlooked or otherwise left something out, you are always welcome to contact us using the contact link on this site.

Delivery dates are approximate. Confirmation is sent once an order is accepted and includes a delivery schedule, based on current workload. If there is any question or clarification is needed, they will be sent prior to acceptance.

NOTE:
The phrase "link/url" in the order forms refers to both the url (http:// address), as well as the way you would like the link to read, or the link name. If you would like to enter the anchor tags (<a>LINK NAME </a>), please do. If you do not know HTML or are not sure, you may also enter the url and the preferred link name, separated by a comma. FOLLOW UP
All projects will be proofread prior to delivery. Clients are allowed 24 hours to report errors, either factual or typographical, and these will be promptly corrected. After that time, any request for changes will be considered editing and the client will be charged the appropriate rates. Should such a situation occur, the client will be advised to order editing/proofreading services.

U nlike emails, articles have much more success if they discuss a subject surrounding or related to a product rather than the product itself. Success being that the article is published in many different newsletters and ezines, which will place the link related to it in hundreds, if not thousands, of online locations.

A Solo Text Ad is a small, 2-3 line ad with each line having a specific limitation of approximately 50 characters and used in some safelists, traffic exchanges, ezines and other sites that offer them.

These could best be described as the Haiku of advertising because, in order for them to be effective, they must catch the eye with very few words. Therefore the length is less important than their dynamic content.

F or those that prefer to write their content but would like to add a professional touch to it, the Editing/Proofreading service may be the best answer.

Editing refers to the way something is worded, while proofreading is strictly checking for accurate spelling, punctuation and grammar. They are offered together as they typically go hand-in-hand, i.e., something that is poorly worded often needs both.
